Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a useful way to examine many of the body’s internal organs including the heart, liver, gall bladder, spleen, kidneys, bladder and adrenal glands.  Ultrasound uses soundwaves to produce images of the inside of the body.

While ultrasound is very useful for imaging, it is not used to image the brain, spinal cord, joints and bones.

We will advise you of the most suitable imaging technique for your pet.
